Pretty Lady 81' Hargrave yacht

Pretty Lady formerly Ed's Toy- 81' Hargrave

This 81-foot Hargrave motor yacht has had at least three names across her life: built originally as "Ed's Toy," a fully custom wheelchair-accessible yacht — complete with a real onboard elevator and other spaces designed around wheelchair access from the start — then sold and renamed Pretty Lady, and most recently listed under a third name, Sue Carolyn, brokered through Camper & Nicholsons International. She's a semi-displacement flybridge motor yacht, exterior and naval architecture by Jack Hargrave, interior by Yacht Interiors by Shelley. Power comes from twin Caterpillar 3412 diesels at 1,044 kW (1,400 hp) apiece — 2,088 kW (2,800 hp) combined — good for a cruising speed around 17 knots and a top speed near 22 knots. She carries 13,638 liters of fuel and 2,271 liters of water, and sleeps up to 8 guests with a crew of 2. We've been tracking her since learning her original story — the accessibility built in under her first name doesn't show up anywhere in how she's marketed today, which is exactly why it's worth writing down. We've come close to acquiring her ourselves in the past, and may again.
